JM House

This highly energy-efficient house with a bioclimatic design takes advantage of the south orientation to open large windows that allow you to enjoy the deep views.

With a minimalist design, a double central space is created, bringing fluidity to the space.

On the ground floor, the large dining room and kitchen open onto the porch connected to the garden and pool, allowing the interior and exterior to be unified.

On the first floor we find a reading area open to the double space that visually connects both floors.

Outside, the project responds on the one hand, to the interior fluidity showing with holes of different sizes and heights creating a composition of straight lines.

On the other hand, it is sensitive to the history of where it is located, a town where the marés stone is present in most of the houses, so it is combined with the holes, creating a dialogue between past and present, traditional and contemporary.
