The customer strong requirement of having an open space to celebrate meetings and dinner with friends and family conditioned the project since the very beginning.

The unification of the common spaces against the excess of room divisions from the original house provide an spacial feeling of large amplitud and the possibility of using spaces in a much more flexible and dynamic way.

The project focuses in empowering the point of most interest in the house, the great views of the adjacent park, together with the extensive view thanks to its location.

Wide spaces, corridors that become areas and indirect illumination, which being soft and insightful are becoming a main characteristic of the house.
