This project, located close to an industrial area, brings us the opportunity of empowering the function of refuge that a house in an environment of such poor qualities suggests.

The priority is to highlight the outer spaces, seeking that the users feel always protected from the outside environment and understanding the garden as an area of calm.

​

The entire house is designed following this concept, being closed to the street and totally open to the garden, allowing a global vision of it, which is blurring the limits between the inside and outside and, at the same time, optimising the solar capture from the south.

An open space is designed where the kitchen, dinning and living room are combined in the same space in which the strategic location of the kitchen allows certain privacy and strengthen the views to the exterior.
