Located in the rustic area of Llucmaor, the house is organized from an open space.

The living area is located in the central part of the plant, distributing the other spaces around it.

​

The humidity areas are located in the north facade, creating a thermal damping of the rest spaces.

​

The big inclined roof, with a single slope over 8 meters wide, allows for openings in the upper part of the south facade, increasing the thermal effect of convection, naturally cooling the house.

​

The infinity pool next to the porch and the pergola create an intimate and protected atmosphere, allowing to enjoy the sunsets of this privileged landscape.

​

Regarding the facade, it is integrated into its rural environment by combining stone fragments with cladding elements, all finished off with Santanyi stone.
